A practice built on continuity
Squareline was established to give organisations access to experienced legal and strategic advisory support without the constraints of traditional legal support structures.

Zania Lambert, Founder & Principal Consultant
Practical counsel, decades in the making
I have spent more than two decades working across legal advisory, governance, contract management, property asset management, stakeholder engagement and strategic project support, including extensive experience within the public sector environment.
Over those years I have seen the same pattern repeatedly: organisations that need legal input constantly, but not a full-time legal department; and matters that get sent out to a firm only once they have already become expensive. Squareline exists for the space in between.
My work is deliberately practical. I get to know the operations, the contracts and the people, so that advice can be implemented rather than filed. Where specialist expertise is needed beyond my core scope, I draw on a network of professional associates so clients keep one point of contact.
I am an Admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Legal Practice Council.
Legal support should feel accessible and continuous, not transactional.
